Terms and Conditions

PRIZE DRAW OVERVIEW

  1. Baller League UK Ltd (company number 15978219) whose registered office is at Julco House (C/O Oakvale Capital LLP), 26-28 Great Portland Street, London, United Kingdom, W1W 8QT (“Baller League”) is operating a prize draw for entrants to have the opportunity to win tickets to a Baller League UK Match-Day (the “Competition”).
  2. Competition entrants (“Entrants”) are automatically deemed to have accepted, and agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) upon entry into the Competition.

ENTRY PROCESS

  1. The Competition will be open for entry between Monday 17th March and Wednesday 19th March (the “Closing Date”). Any entry completed or received after the Closing Date and/or other than in accordance with the entry requirements set out below will not be included in the Competition. 
  2. To enter the Competition, Entrants must fill out the application form in full using the link provided by Baller League. Entries will not be accepted by any other means.
  3. The Competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

ELIGIBILITY

  1. The Competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over other than employees of the Baller League.  
  2. Each Entrant may only enter the Competition once. Multiple entries by the same Entrant may, in the Baller League’s sole discretion, result in disqualification of that Entrant from the Competition or limitation of such entries to a single entry only.
  3. In entering the Competition, each Entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize that they may win. The Baller League may require an Entrant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Competition (including proof of age or residence).
  4. The Baller League reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Entrant has breached these Competition Terms and Conditions.

PRIZE

  1. There will be at least [40] winners of the Competition (or such greater number as determined by Baller League) (the “Winners” and each a “Winner” or “Winning Entrant”), each selected by computer-generated random draw on, or soon after, the Closing Date. The Competition prizes for each Winning Entrant is 2 x general admission tickets to match-day 1 of Baller League UK (each a “Prize”).
  2. The Winners will be contacted (as soon as reasonably practicable after the completion of the Competition) using the contact details provided in their entry form. Only the Winner(s) will be notified.
  3. Each Winner must confirm that they are able to accept the prize within 48 hours of being notified by the Baller League that they are a Winner. In the event that any Winner fails to confirm their acceptance of the Prize by this date, or is unable to accept the Prize that they have won for any reason or the Baller League determines that a Winner has breached these Competition Terms and Conditions, the Baller League reserves the right to offer the prize to another Entrant. The Baller League does not accept any responsibility for failure by any Winner to claim their prize.
  4. Each Winner’s Prize will be made available to that Winner by way of delivery by Baller League to them of a link through which that Winner can obtain their prize. Such link will be sent within 5 Business Days of the Closing Date. 
  5. Each Winner will be subject to and shall be deemed to accept Baller League’s general admission and ticketing terms and conditions. 
  6. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Prizes do not include anything not expressly set out in these Competition Terms and Conditions including spending money, food and drink, associated travel and accommodation, medical or other general expenses. 
  7. The Prize(s) are subject to availability and the Baller League reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any Prize for an alternative prize if necessary.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Neither the Baller League nor any of its partners, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors or representatives will be liable (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the organising or holding of the Competition or as a result of any Entrant’s participation in the Competition or as a result of winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any prize, if the Competition does not run as planned or if any part of any Prize is unable to be delivered for any reason. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected. 
  2. If the Competition or any part of it is not capable of running or being completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to reasons of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Baller League, Baller League reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition without liability. 
  3. The Baller League accepts no responsibility for Competition entries that are not successfully completed or submitted, regardless of cause, including (without limitation) due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure, of any kind. 

ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL DATA

  1. Any personal data relating to any individual which is received by the Baller League in relation to the Competition will be used in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, the Baller League’s Privacy Policy which can be found [https://ballerleague.uk/c/privacy-policy].
  2. The Baller League may be required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Baller League will send the surname and county of Winners to anyone who emails info@ballerleague.uk or sends a letter addressed to the Baller League using the address given above, (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date. If an Entrant objects to any or all of his/her surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Baller League using the email address or postal address referred to in this clause. In such circumstances, the Baller League must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  3. If an Entrant has any questions about these Competition Terms and Conditions, including any request to exercise their legal rights under data protection law, they should contact the Baller League at info@ballerleague.uk

GENERAL

  1. The Baller League reserves the right to refuse entry to the Competition, to disqualify from the Competition or to refuse to award the Prize(s) to anyone who it reasonably considers has breached these Competition Terms and Conditions or to anyone who, in the Baller League’s sole opinion, has otherwise acted improperly or dishonestly. 
  2. The decision of the Baller League regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding (including as to the award of the Prize(s)) and no correspondence will be entered into regarding any such decision. 
  3. If any provision of these Competition Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Competition Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
  4. These Competition Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and all Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, these Competition Terms and Conditions or the Competition.
